Thanks for this article, Dan! I also lived in pursuit of glory and the returns wasn't so fulfilling. Instead, I got disappointments and self-consciousness, fear that people would look down on me. But as I receive God's Words, I realized how misled I was. Real humility truly free us from chains of our own selfish ideals.
